Confidential High Security Conference

For a Government Department at the Novotel London West


This Government department asked Absolute Corporate Events to assist in organising a high security conference for 500 delegates in London. Firstly, we had to source a venue capable of offering the right combination of security, flexibility and scale (large enough to seat, sleep and feed 500 guests under one roof). The venue also had to provide very good value for money, be professional and accessible to all attendees. We found all of these attributes at The Novotel London West. This high security event lasted three days with onsite accommodation, full AV and production (including the recording of all sessions), a charity Gala dinner with entertainment and a high profile Keynote political speaker. Our onsite management team worked hard to ensure there were no queues at registration or any break times, and that delegates flowed smoothly between plenary and breakout sessions.
